Coronavirus (COVID-19)

COVID-19, or the new coronavirus, first emerged in Wuhan, China in December 2019. The emergence of this respiratory illness has significantly impacted lives around the world. Many caregivers are concerned because of the major impact this illness has on elderly adults and people with chronic illnesses like heart disease, diabetes, and lung disease. We have created a COVID-19 section in Vela Learn to help our caregiving community stay informed on the coronavirus. In this section, you will find articles and videos from many reliable and evidence-based resources, like the CDC and WHO.
